World Audio Distribution is pleased to introduce Effeqt MK III – the new designer modules by German maker Ceratec.
Effeqt MK III are elegant column modules with a cool timeless look and a crisp harmonious sound - bound to excite curiosity.
Effeqt MK III modules are ideally suited for medium to large size stereo systems and home theatre systems. At first glance the new modules do not appear to differ from their predecessor, the MK II. The exterior retains the classic, elegant look of the original model, while the interior offer a completely reengineered design. Effeqt III employs the use of two 4 inch woofers by Peerless and the remarkable 1.2 inch tweeter by Wavecor. This modification makes a significant impact to the fullness and detail of the sound.
The tweeter has been repositioned to produce a widened frequency response. The construction of the acoustic enclosure has been reworked to optimize performance, producing a deeper, more massive base, enabling the Ceratec Effeqt III to be used without a subwoofer.
The center speaker Ceratec Effeqt C MK III is designed for the Effeqt MK III modules, but it can also be paired with the Veto, Votum, or Vita II subwoofers. The increased size of the center speaker is an ideal match for large screen televisions.
All Ceratec products are designed and built in Bremen, Germany, employing the best of German engineering and craftsmanship.
