Order Processing

 

Reseller’s Permit: All vendors looking to purchase merchandise for the purpose of re-sale are asked to provide us with a copy of a valid Seller’s Permit or Re-Seller’s License.



Order Submission: You can submit your order to us using our website or by telephone. Prior to submitting your order online, we will ask you to create an account, listing general dealer information, shipping address, and public contact information. After creating an account, you will receive an email with your log-in and password. This will allow you to access your account and place orders. Please note that payment is collected separately.



Order Processing Time: Once your order is received, you will be asked to submit payment. Unless noted otherwise, ALL In-Stock orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt and clearance of payment.



Shipping Services and Cost: We currently use the following delivery services: UPS and USPS. You may request that your shipment is sent out using a different carrier. Price is calculated based on the parcel's weight, destination, and service type. Value is considered for insurance purposes.



Shipping Locations: We do not restrict domestic shipments to physical addresses within the United States. However, it is recommended that customers, who are aware of possible difficulties associated with their service location, communicate those needs to us directly. It is also recommended that customers who are unsure about best ways to get their product delivered or have critical delivery date needs contact us directly.
